Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Build Fast (A-57, Let's Connect Business Park, Sector 136, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India). By using buildfast.site or the Build Fast service, or by sending us a brief, you agree to them. If you use Build Fast for a business, you confirm that you're authorised to agree on its behalf.

The service

Build Fast creates customised landing pages using AI-generated copy, design and SEO settings, and may host them for you. Features differ by plan, as described on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we'll tell you first.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and tell us straight away about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Build Fast.

Your content

You own the text, images, logos and other material you provide, and the pages we generate for you. You give us a limited licence to host, copy and display that content only to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use Build Fast to:

• Break any law, including consumer protection, advertising and data protection laws.
• Publish misleading claims, fake reviews or content that impersonates another person or business.
• Host malware or phishing pages, or collect passwords or payment details deceptively.
• Publish hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content.
• Interfere with the service, overload it, or try to access other customers' data.

We may remove content or suspend pages that break these rules.

AI-generated content

Our AI writes drafts based on what you tell us. It can make mistakes. Review everything before you publish, especially prices, opening hours, legal claims and anything about health, finance or safety. You're responsible for the final content of your page.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes, including GST, are added where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We'll email you before any yearly renewal.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next billing period.
• The free Starter plan has the limits shown on our pricing page and may display a Build Fast badge.

Refunds and cancellation

• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email help@buildfast.site within 30 days of your first payment on a paid plan and we'll refund it in full.
• After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, after which your page moves to the free plan.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• The done-for-you launch fee is refundable in full until work begins. After that, we refund it only if we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

Our intellectual property

The Build Fast software, brand, templates and website belong to us. You may use our templates as part of your pages, but you may not resell them as templates or copy the service itself.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep Build Fast fast, secure and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings or particular business results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Build Fast at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We'll always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please contact us.
